Position Title: Behind-The-Wheel Instructor

Job Description:

    As a US Driving School Instructor, you join a successful and growing school organization. You immediately become an important member of a single office and a key part of the customer experience there. You will use your own experience and set of skills plus the training given by a mentor to teach students safety driving on the road, you are expected to introduce to students a vehicles instrumental panel and controls alongside with signs and good judgment while driving.

   Your typical days will follow a steady but demanding rhythm, as you will join and participate with your team of instructors in accordance with established policies and guidelines. Your office manager and the rest of the team will count upon your time management instincts to ensure appropriate level of smooth transaction. Your own confidence and people skills will help you cultivate customer relationships, initiate excellent return surveys and effectively teach students how to drive safely. Your team will look to you to receive reports on all students. All the while, you’ll be backed up with high tech calendar system, call support, and training resources to give you the best organized working experience possible.  

   As a driving school instructor, you have the room to grow with a company that is still small but full of potential.

Qualifications.

High School Diploma or equivalent
23 Yrs of age or older
Good communication skills (Bilingual in Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, or Hindi is a plus)
State Driver’s License for a consecutive of 3 + years is a must (preferably 5 + years)
Clean driving record
Kind, Patient, and loves to interact with students.

Total hours per week:  Flexible hours between 20 – 40 hrs. (Make your own schedule)
